HELLO. HEY THERE. HI.
Hernán Lindenbaum has been exploring the language of motion design (and writing about himself in the third person) since 2005. He came into the realm of animation from a moviemaking approach, having majored in Film and TV production at Universidad de Buenos Aires in his native Argentina. After a few years spent in the editing bay, working enthusiastically on video post and sound design, he accepted a job as a junior motion designer in a branding studio. He opened After Effects, clicked on the stopwatch, and the rest sparked from there.
Now jump to almost fifteen years and half a dozen of studio jobs later: Hernán is currently a freelancing artist with a lot more tools on his utility belt, directorial experience and the logistical know-how to work remotely for several countries, time zones and languages on a daily basis.
He is currently based in Portugal, where he lives with his mega-talented wife Josefina Llano, neglects properly updating his résumé and will happily have a chat if you care to get in touch.
